To be honest, there are other formation services besides IncNow and Northwest that give you more for less. Our favorite service so far isZenBusiness, which has packages starting at $49 (plus state fees) and includes a year of registered agent services as well as web domain services.

IncNow’s formation packages are averagely priced. They are not the cheapest option on the market, but they certainly are not the priciest. Their Basic package is a good deal that includes registered agent service, and their Complete package also throws in a customized operating agreement. However, you can only use IncNow to form an LLC in Delaware, Florida, and Nevada, making their services limited to businesses that want to incorporate elsewhere.

Northwest offers one LLC formation package for $39 plus state fees. They include a year of registered agent service as well as privacy protection and premium customer support. That being said, there are still other formation services that offer similar services for a lower price.

Customer Service

IncNow has a solid customer support system. They offer phone support as well as email support during regular business hours, and they offer assistance for the lifespan of your business. Many online reviews of IncNow also praised the customer service for their overall friendliness and helpfulness.

Top-notch customer service is Northwest’s biggest strength. Their support team is professional and knowledgeable about their services. We experienced fast and accurate solutions when working with Northwest’s representatives, and the majority of reviews online agree. Northwest also allows you to request a preferred support member so that you can work with the same person each time.

Ease of Use

Customer reviews praise IncNow’s easy formation process. They list out each fee--both required and optional--so that users know exactly what they’re getting into. If there are any questions during the formation process, you can easily contact customer support. The only real downside is, as we mentioned previously, your choice of states to incorporate in is limited to three: Florida, Nevada, and Delaware.

While not as straightforward as some other services, Northwest’s website is functional. Finding the LLC package comparison page took us some time, but once we got there it neatly laid out the services and prices. Their checkout page is easy to understand, and their online dashboard for customers conveniently organizes all of your LLC paperwork.

Included Features

IncNow offers nice-to-have features but misses some important ones. None of their packages include EIN registration, and their basic package lacks an operating agreement feature. However, they do offer a year of registered agent service on all tiers, and their higher-tier packages include faster processing times and assistance with other IRS and corporate forms.

Northwest does not offer many extras, but their $39 package gives you everything you need. The package doesn’t have much, but it does still include a year of registered agent service and basic LLC services.
